*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. L'appartement est en tous points conforme à la description et très agréable car joliment décoré, confortable et ... au calme. Le logement est très propre, ce qui a rarement été le cas dans nos expériences parisiennes précédentes. Il est également idéalement placé dans le quartier du Canal Saint Martin, et ce quartier a été une belle découverte pour nous: il est devenu ces dernières années une sorte de quartier du Marais "bis", avec un public très mélangé et sympathique, de très nombreux bons restaurants et beaucoup de boutiques d'habillement et de décoration originales. Nos 5 jours se sont passés sans aucun accroc et on gardera un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici ! La taille était parfaite pour une famille de quatre personnes, très propre, et la cuisine avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement était également merveilleux, en particulier la boulangerie juste à gauche de l'immeuble qui avait les meilleurs croissants ! Merci Vincent pour ce séjour agréable. We enjoyed our stay here! The size was perfect for family of four, very clean, and kitchen had everything we need. The location was also wonderful, especially the bakery right on the left of the building had the best croissants! Thank you Vincent for the lovely stay.

Quel bijou !! Un appartement magnifique et très spacieux avec 2 grandes chambres et de superbes salles de bain. Décoré avec tellement de goût et des matériaux de haute qualité. C’est vraiment une fête et un endroit où l’on a tout de suite envie de s’installer ! Le quartier est aussi fantastique. De nombreux restaurants authentiques et pleins de charme dans la rue et à proximité, un supermarché en face, une boulangerie au coin avec tellement de gourmandises qu’on ne sait que choisir, et tout cela à 15 minutes à pied de la Gare du Nord. Wat een parel!! Een prachtig en zeer ruim appartement met 2 riante slaapkamers en heerlijke badkamers. Met zoveel smaak en hoogwaardige materialen ingericht. Echt een feestje en een plek waar je direct wilt wonen! De buurt is ook fantastisch. Hele sfeervolle en authentieke restaurantjes in de straat en op loopafstand, supermarkt tegenover, een bakker op de hoek met zoveel lekkers dat je niet kan kiezen, en dat op 15 min. Lopen van Gare du Nord.

Début janvier, notre famille de cinq personnes a séjourné ici pendant huit jours et nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la sécurité de la propriété—cela nous a permis de nous sentir très à l’aise. Petit bémol : même si les instructions étaient expliquées en détail avec des photos, l’entrée dans la propriété pour la première fois a été un peu difficile. Cependant, l’endroit était bien plus agréable en vrai que sur les photos. La grande table à manger et le salon séparé avec un canapé étaient très spacieux, et les chambres, la salle de bain et la salle de douche étaient toutes propres et bien entretenues. La cuisine était également très pratique pour cuisiner. Il y a un supermarché, une boulangerie et des restaurants juste en face de la maison, et l’emplacement est excellent. Si nous revenons à Paris, nous aimerions vraiment séjourner ici à nouveau. From early January, our family of five stayed here for eight days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We really appreciated how secure the property was—it made us feel very comfortable. One small downside was that although the instructions were explained in detail with photos, entering the property for the first time was a little difficult. However, the place was much nicer in person than it appeared in the photos. The large dining table and the separate living area with a sofa were very spacious, and the bedrooms, bathroom, and shower room were all clean and well maintained. The kitchen was also very convenient for cooking. There is a supermarket, bakery, and restaurants right in front of the house, and the location is excellent. If we come back to Paris again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Conçu avec style, confortable, calme et situé dans un quartier animé rempli de restaurants, boutiques et cafés, l'appartement de Vincent était l'endroit parfait où revenir après des journées bien remplies à rendre visite à la famille et à faire du tourisme. Ma famille et moi avons particulièrement apprécié les réponses rapides de Vincent à nos différentes questions concernant l'appartement ainsi que sa flexibilité concernant notre heure de départ. Nous espérons revenir ! Stylishly designed, comfortable, quiet and located in a lively neighborhood filled with restaurants, boutiques and cafes, Vincent’s apartment was a perfect spot to return to after busy days visiting family and sightseeing. My family and I especially appreciated Vincent’s quick responses to various questions about the apartment and his flexibility when it came to our check out time. We hope to return!
