Très bel espace dans un quartier calme. L'endroit était exactement comme décrit. À seulement 5 minutes à pied du métro et des gares. Notre hôte était formidable et nous a recommandé un endroit charmant pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir ici à l'avenir ! Very nice space in a quiet neighborhood. Place was just as described. Short 5 minute walk to metro and train stations. Our host was wonderful and recommended a lovely place for breakfast as well. Would love to stay here again in the future!

L'appartement était vraiment charmant, il était parfait pour notre séjour. Vincent a été un hôte excellent, très serviable et il répondait rapidement à toutes nos communications, en plus de nous donner d'excellentes recommandations. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir à l'avenir. The apartment was really lovely, it was perfect for our stay. Vincent was an excellent host, he was very helpful and responded to any communication quickly and also provided great recommendations. Would love to visit again in the future.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Vincent. L'emplacement était imbattable, si proche de la Place des Vosges et d'autres attractions animées du Marais. Un excellent supermarché se trouve à deux pas. Une fois que vous franchissez la grande porte extérieure pour entrer dans la cour, c'est incroyablement paisible et calme. Cela a permis de bien se détendre et de bien dormir ! Je pense que notre logement était peut-être autrefois un espace pour les domestiques ou peut-être des animaux, à l'époque où il s'agissait d'une sorte de palais en activité. Il est plein de charme rustique mais a été modernisé avec des équipements contemporains. Le lit et le canapé-lit sont très confortables et le linge de maison est agréable. Petite précision, et c'est probablement indiqué dans la description de Vincent, il n'y a pas de porte à la chambre à l'étage, donc elle est ouverte sur le rez-de-chaussée où se trouve le canapé-lit. Si vous avez besoin de beaucoup de lumière pour vous préparer le matin, vous voudrez peut-être apporter un miroir lumineux. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et recommandons vivement !!! We had a wonderful stay air Vincent's place. Location was unbeatable so close to Place Des Vosges and other busy Marais attractions. A great grocery is a stones throw away. Once you enter the large outside door into the courtyard, it is incredibly peaceful and quiet. This made for good relaxing and sleeping! I think our unit may have been a space for servants or perhaps animals back in the day when this was a working palace of sorts. It was so full of rustic charm but has been updated with modern amenities. Bed and sofa pullout are very comfortable and linens are nice. Just a heads up, and it is likely written in Vincent's description, there is no door to the bedroom upstairs so it is open to the downstairs area where the pull out is. If you need a lot of light getting ready in the morning, you might want to bring a lighted mirror. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!!!

Appartement moderne et agréable. Facile à trouver grâce aux instructions claires. On s'y sent en sécurité et c'est un bon quartier. Vincent nous a donné d'excellents conseils et a été très attentionné. Modernes und schönes Apartment. Durch die klare Anweisung gut zu finden. Man fühlt sich sicher und es ist eine gute Gegend. Vincent hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr zuvorkommend.

Emplacement idéal ! Appartement moderne et confortable, joliment décoré, très calme pour dormir dans un bel immeuble de cour plein de charme. Les hôtes étaient également adorables et faciles à contacter. Great location ! L'hôte répond à TOUTES vos questions en quelques minutes, service 15 sur 10. L'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est sur deux étages – un lit et un canapé-lit, donc vous pouvez y séjourner seul, en couple ou en famille. do not hesitate to book this airbnb, all new, all clean, amazing location (I have stayed in Le Marais MANY times, trust me this is a great spot there!), building is great. It takes minutes for host to reply ANY of your questions, service 15 out of 10. The apartment has everything you need. The apartment has two floors - one bed and one sofa bed, so you can stay alone, with a partner or with your family.

Ma famille a vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Vincent ! C'est un excellent hôte, très dévoué – il a même un document Notion complet sur l'appartement avec des FAQ et des recommandations sur les environs. C'est génial de rencontrer quelqu'un de passionné et en plus gentil ! À part cela, l'appartement était propre et très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la gare, avec une pharmacie et un café juste en bas. Je recommande vivement !! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Vincent! He is a great host that is super dedicated - he has an entire notion doc about the apartment with FAQs and recommendations on what is nearby. It’s great to meet someone with a passion that’s also kind! Other than that, the apartment was clean and a great location, few minutes from the train station with a pharmacy and cafe just downstairs too. Highly recommend!!

Cinq étoiles sur toute la ligne ! Les photos étaient fidèles, l'endroit était propre, idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans l'appartement de Vincent. Le quartier était parfait pour notre voyage avec nos enfants adultes. Ils ont adoré tous les magasins et restaurants accessibles à pied. Nous avions l'impression d'être au cœur d'une oasis avec le Marais juste devant notre porte. L'appartement était propre, confortable et bien décoré. Vincent a été très réactif et la communication était claire ; nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour accéder à l'appartement. Il a pris de nos nouvelles pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. We had an amazing stay in Vincent's apartment. The area was perfect for our trip with adult children. They loved all the shops and restaurants which were walkable. We felt like we were in the middle of an oasis with the Marais outside our doorstep. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Vincent was very responsive and communication was clear; we didn't have any problems accessing the apartment. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nous avons choisi l'appartement de Vincent pour notre escapade d'une semaine entre amies. Il a parfaitement accueilli 5 femmes. Le quartier est merveilleux, avec de nombreux restaurants et un beau canal à quelques pas. C'est un lieu de rencontre pour les habitants, surtout le soir. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Les lits étaient confortables, y compris le canapé-lit. Les douches fournissaient beaucoup d'eau chaude, même pour 5 adultes. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter. We chose Vincent’s flat for our week long girlfriend getaway. It accommodated 5 women well. The neighborhood is wonderful, plenty of restaurants and a beautiful canal within steps. It is a hang out for the locals, especially in the evening. It was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, including the fold out sofa. The showers provided plenty of hot water, even with 5 adults. We would stay again.
