The 1500 sqft apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Marais building. Designed and tastefully decorated by a renowned interior architect, the apartment features adjustable lighting and individual temperature control in each room, ensuring year-round comfort thanks to underfloor heating and air conditioning. With only one street-facing window and a window onto the courtyard, the apartment offers a peaceful, cocoon-like atmosphere. The generous ceiling height, glass roof above the living room, well-designed lighting and efficient ventilation ensure the space feels open, comfortable and never enclosed. The dining area includes a table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction cooktop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, toaster, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. An ironing board, iron and drying rack are also provided. The living room sofa bed converts into a comfortable 180x200 cm sleeping area with a 12 cm thick mattress. Bed linen and duvets for this bed are stored in the wardrobe of one of the bedrooms. The first air-conditioned bedroom features a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a spacious wardrobe and a dedicated workspace with a desk. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The second air-conditioned bedroom also offers a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. On the lower level, a small landing leads to a third separate toilet and the two remaining bedrooms. The third bedroom, a suite, features a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe and a stunning bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and vanity unit. The fourth bedroom offers a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Bath amenities (shower gel and shampoo) as well as soft towels are provided in all bathrooms. Ultra-fast high-speed internet via fiber optic connection is available throughout the apartment, with two Wi-Fi repeaters.

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison a été magnifiquement rénovée, elle est moderne et propre. L'enregistrement a été facile et l'hôte était très réactif et serviable. L'emplacement dans le Marais était parfait. Nous avons pu aller partout à pied et c'était un quartier animé et magnifique. Je recommande vivement ! My family and I had an excellent stay. The home was beautifully renovated, modern, and clean. The check in was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. The location in the Marais was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and it was a lively and beautiful part of town. Highly recommend!

Emplacement parfait dans le 4ème, appartement très calme et propre. Les stations de métro sont très proches, avec d'excellents restaurants tout autour de l'appartement. Vincent a été incroyablement serviable, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Perfect location in the 4rth, very quiet and clean apartment. Metro locations are very close with great restaurants all around the apartment. Vincent was incredibly helpful, we very highly recommend this apartment.

Outre le fait que l'appartement était exactement comme décrit—moderne, élégant et très confortable (avec d'excellentes douches !)—et situé en plein cœur du Marais historique, donc parfaitement accessible à pied dans ce quartier animé de Paris, ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour, c'est l'attention et le soin que Vincent nous a accordés tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis écoutés et pris en charge chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Vincent a été extrêmement courtois, chaleureux, attentif et particulièrement réactif à toutes nos demandes lorsque nous en avions. Probablement l'un des meilleurs hôtes que nous ayons rencontrés au cours de nos nombreuses années d'utilisation des services Airbnb. 5 étoiles pour l'appartement et l'emplacement, et 7 étoiles pour Vincent ! Besides the fact that the apartment was exactly as described—modern, elegant, and very comfortable (with great showers!)—and situated right in the heart of the historical Marais and therefore eminently walkable to this lively part of Paris, what stood out was the attention and the care that Vincent provided us throughout our whole stay. We felt heard and looked after whenever we needed to. Vincent was extremely courteous, gracious, attentive, and especially responsive to all our demands when we had some. Probably one of the best hosts we have encountered over the many years we have used the Airbnb services. 5-star for the apartment and the location and 7-star for Vincent!

Emplacement fantastique, Vincent et Marie Anne ont été très serviables, appartement super moderne et propre, tout semblait neuf, on sort directement dans le Marais – emplacement très central. Parfait pour notre groupe et beaucoup d'espace central pour se détendre dans la cuisine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L'hôte a été très réactif et a rendu l'enregistrement super facile. Il nous a même recommandé un excellent endroit pour le petit-déjeuner. De très bonnes boutiques et restaurants se trouvent à quelques secondes de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci encore de nous avoir accueillis. We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and made the check-in super easy. He even recommended a great breakfast spot. Some great shops and food spots are seconds away from the apartment. Absolument fabuleux ! Je n’hésiterais pas une seconde à revenir chez Vincent ou à recommander son logement à des amis. - Emplacement : Excellent. Situé dans un magnifique quartier du Marais, entouré de restaurants et de boutiques, et très pratique pour accéder à tous les sites touristiques. On s’y sent vraiment en sécurité. Dès qu’on entre, on est transporté dans un univers calme. Parfait ! - Appartement : Tout est neuf, beau, très bien décoré. Superbe espace commun avec une belle télévision, une cuisine excellente et super bien équipée. Il y a même un grand lave-linge et un sèche-linge. Les lits sont très confortables. Les douches fonctionnaient parfaitement. C’était spacieux, super propre, on ne peut pas demander mieux. - Hôte : Merveilleux ! Très facile de communiquer avec lui, sympathique et très réactif. N’ayez pas peur du faible nombre d’avis – c’est nouveau, mais je suis tellement content d’avoir tenté l’expérience. Vraiment un endroit génial. Un point à prendre en compte si vous venez avec de jeunes enfants ou des personnes à mobilité réduite : deux des chambres sont en bas, et l’escalier est en colimaçon. Absolutely fabulous! I would not hesitate to stay at Vincent's place again or recommend it to friends - Location: Excellent. In a beautiful area in la Marais, full of restaurants and shops all around, and convenient for all the tourist locations. It felt super safe. Once you step inside, you're transported into a quiet world. Perfect! - Apartment: Everything is new, beautiful, well decorated. Great common area with nice TV, excellent and super well equipped kitchen. It even has large washer and drier. Beds are very comfortable. Showers worked great. It was spacious, super clean, couldn't ask for more. - Host: Wonderful! So easy to communicate with, friendly and very responsive. Don't be afraid of the few reviews- It's new, but I'm so glad we took the chance. Really great place. One thing to take into account if you are coming with toddlers, or people with mobility issues: two of the bedrooms are downstairs, and the stairs are the spiraling type.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit en raison d'un changement dans notre programme de voyage, mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux et situé dans un quartier du Marais vraiment fantastique. Les lits étaient incroyablement confortables, tout était impeccable et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La cuisine est très bien équipée, et le lave-linge ainsi que le sèche-linge étaient vraiment pratiques. La communication avec les hôtes a été excellente et très réactive, ce qui a tout rendu facile. Nous reviendrions absolument ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris (en espérant rester plus d'une nuit la prochaine fois !) et nous n'hésiterions pas à le recommander. We only stayed for one night due to a change in our travel plan, but wish it could have been longer. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and in such a fantastic Marais location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless, and it had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, and the washer and dryer was so handy. Communication with the hosts was excellent and very responsive, which made everything easy. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Paris (hopefully for more than 1 night next time!) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
