Situated a stone's throw from the vibrant Canal Saint Martin and le Marais district, to live like a local in Paris! ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. We'll provide the code before you arrive, so you can settle in at your convenience. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. ☆ Sleep on a luxury "hotel quality" mattress: two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and individual bathrooms. For extra guests, the living room boasts a double bed convertible sofa (140x200x12cm), with linens conveniently tucked away in the master bedroom wardrobe. ☆ Dine & unwind: whether you're hosting a dinner or enjoying a quick meal, the dining area features a stylish bistrot table for six. ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

Très bel espace dans un quartier calme. L'endroit était exactement comme décrit. À seulement 5 minutes à pied du métro et des gares. Notre hôte était formidable et nous a recommandé un endroit charmant pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir ici à l'avenir ! Very nice space in a quiet neighborhood. Place was just as described. Short 5 minute walk to metro and train stations. Our host was wonderful and recommended a lovely place for breakfast as well. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Ma famille a vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Vincent ! À part cela, l'appartement était propre et très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la gare, avec une pharmacie et un café juste en bas. Je recommande vivement !! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Vincent! He is a great host that is super dedicated - he has an entire notion doc about the apartment with FAQs and recommendations on what is nearby. It’s great to meet someone with a passion that’s also kind! Other than that, the apartment was clean and a great location, few minutes from the train station with a pharmacy and cafe just downstairs too. Highly recommend!!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! L'emplacement était incroyable, il était très facile de se rendre à pied aux restaurants, aux cafés et c'était proche du métro. Bien situé à distance de marche de la Gare du Nord, parfait pour ceux qui arrivent avec l’Eurostar. Le quartier est agréable, c’est plaisant d’être proche du canal. L’appartement est très sympa, lumineux ; nous avons trouvé les lits confortables et tout ce dont nous avions besoin était fourni. Vincent est un hôte extrêmement réactif. Excellente expérience dans l’ensemble, je recommande surtout si vous arrivez avec l’Eurostar. Nicely located in walking distance from Gare du Nord, perfect coming from the Eurostar. Neighborhood is attractive, nice to be close to the canal. The flat is quite nice, full of light; we found the beds comfortable, and provided everything we needed. Vincent is an incredibly responsive host. Excellent experience overall, recommended especially if you’re coming in from the Eurostar.
