We'll provide the code before you arrive, so you can settle in at your convenience. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. ☆ Sleep on a luxury "hotel quality" mattress: two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and individual bathrooms. *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

Excellent communication with the host. Apartment was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. Definitely recommend this apartment for your visit to Paris. Great location. Very minor issues that were communicated to the host and I’m confident they will be handled.

Bien situé à distance de marche de la Gare du Nord, parfait pour ceux qui arrivent avec l’Eurostar. Le quartier est agréable, c’est plaisant d’être proche du canal. L’appartement est très sympa, lumineux ; nous avons trouvé les lits confortables et tout ce dont nous avions besoin était fourni. Vincent est un hôte extrêmement réactif. Excellente expérience dans l’ensemble, je recommande surtout si vous arrivez avec l’Eurostar. Nicely located in walking distance from Gare du Nord, perfect coming from the Eurostar. Neighborhood is attractive, nice to be close to the canal. The flat is quite nice, full of light; we found the beds comfortable, and provided everything we needed. Vincent is an incredibly responsive host. Excellent experience overall, recommended especially if you’re coming in from the Eurostar.

Vincent est l'hôte parfait, il communique toujours à temps avec toutes les informations nécessaires avant le séjour. L'appartement ne donne pas sur la rue, donc on dort comme un bébé car il n'y a « 0 » bruit. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Vincent is the perfect host as he communicates perfectly on time with all required information ahead of the stay. The apartment is not heading the street so you sleep like a baby as there is ”0” noise. Can strongly recommend this place.
