This beautiful 38 m² apartment, located on the ground floor of an elegant inner courtyard, combines charm and modernity for an unforgettable stay. As you enter, you’ll find a spacious living area thoughtfully decorated, where every detail has been designed to create a warm and refined atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook just like at home. The dining area, with its table, is perfect for sharing meals and quality time together. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The mezzanine bedroom welcomes you with hotel-quality bedding and a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for restful nights. The adjacent bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower and toilet. On the tech side, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. For optimal comfort, you'll also enjoy a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and air conditioning.

*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. L'appartement de Vincent était parfait pour deux personnes lors d'un long week-end à Paris ! Le design de l'appartement était charmant et typiquement parisien. Idéal pour explorer le Marais et à proximité du métro pour découvrir d'autres quartiers de la ville. Je recommande ! Vincent’s apartment was great for 2 people for a long weekend in Paris! The design of the apartment was quant and perfectly Parisian. Perfect for exploring the marais and nearby th metro to explore other areas of the city. Would recommend!

C'était l'endroit parfait pour mes parents et moi, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour se reposer, tout en étant assez proche des sites et des activités pour explorer facilement. Vincent a également été très serviable et réactif, nous donnant même d'excellentes recommandations de restaurants qui se sont révélées délicieuses. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression de vivre une expérience parisienne authentique, et j'adorerais revenir ! This was the perfect space for both myself and my parents, offering comfort when we needed to rest, yet close enough to sights and activities to easily explore. Vincent was also super helpful and quick to respond, even giving us great food recommendations that turned out delicious. I really felt like I was getting an authentic Parisian experience, and I’d love to come back again!

Si je pouvais donner une note plus élevée à cet endroit, je le ferais !! Je suis venu avec ma femme pour notre lune de miel et l'appartement était un véritable rêve. L'emplacement de l'appartement était absolument parfait, avec un super quartier local, de fantastiques boutiques et restaurants. De plus, il était à seulement quelques stations de métro des grandes attractions de Paris. L'appartement en lui-même était douillet et confortable, à tel point qu'il y a eu des moments où nous ne voulions même pas sortir ! Le lit était exceptionnellement confortable et la douche à effet pluie est imbattable. Mon conseil de voyage, si vous choisissez de séjourner ici, est que la première chose à faire après une longue journée de voyage à Paris est de prendre une douche relaxante. Cela nous a détendus, ma femme et moi. Enfin, Vincent a été très réactif et agréable. Il a même fait un effort supplémentaire en nous recommandant des restaurants locaux. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Paris, nous séjournerons à 100 % dans cet appartement parfait ! If I could give this place a higher rating, I would!! I came with my wife for our honeymoon and the apartment was an absolute dream. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect and had a great local neighborhood with fantastic shopping and restaurants. In addition, it was just a short metro ride to the big destinations of Paris. The actual apartment was cozy and comfortable to the point where there were moments we did not want to leave the apartment! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and you just cannot beat the rain shower. My travel tip to you if you choose to stay here is the first thing you do after a long day of traveling to Paris is to take a relaxing shower. It relaxed both my wife and myself. Finally, Vincent was highly responsive and pleasant to work with. He even went above and beyond and recommended local eateries. When we come back to Paris, we will 100% stay at this perfect apartment!

C'était notre première visite à Paris et quelle agréable surprise en arrivant à l'appartement de Vincent. L'appartement est situé dans une superbe cour privée, au calme d'une rue relativement tranquille. Nous l'avons trouvé très propre, cosy et équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin. L'emplacement était idéal, avec un supermarché à moins de 100 m et de nombreux cafés/restaurants à moins de 500 m. Plusieurs des principales attractions de Paris sont également accessibles à pied. Ce ne sera pas notre dernière visite à Paris et nous envisagerons certainement de réserver à nouveau l'appartement de Vincent. This was our first visit to Paris and what a pleasant surprise when we reached Vincent's apartment. The apartment is located in a stunning private courtyard off a relatively quiet street. We found it very clean, cosy and equipped with everything you need. The location was great, a supermarket within 100m and many cafes / restaurants within 500m. There are also several of Paris's main attractions within walking distance. This will not be our last visit to Paris and we would certainly be looking at booking Vincent's apartment again.
