The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook just like at home. The dining area, with its table, is perfect for sharing meals and quality time together. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The mezzanine bedroom welcomes you with hotel-quality bedding and a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for restful nights. The adjacent bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower and toilet. On the tech side, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. For optimal comfort, you'll also enjoy a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and air conditioning.

*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Le séjour parfait pour votre visite à Paris. Charmant, pittoresque, exactement comme sur les photos et dans la description. Après avoir trimballé nos bagages toute la journée, c'était vraiment agréable de pouvoir entrer directement sans avoir à monter des marches pour accéder à l'appartement. J'ai vraiment apprécié que la chambre et le salon soient séparés, car mon mari et moi n'avons pas les mêmes horaires de coucher. Et surtout, tout est question d'emplacement ! Très proche de la meilleure ligne de métro pour accéder à tous les monuments célèbres de Paris. De bons cafés et boulangeries à proximité, et situé dans un quartier très recherché de Paris. N'oubliez pas de sortir et d'explorer ! The perfect stay for your visit to Paris. Quaint, charming, just like the pictures and description. After dealing with luggage all day, it was so nice to walk right in and not have to navigate steps getting into the apartment. I really liked that the bedroom and living area are separate since my husband and I tend to go to bed at different times. Lastly, it’s all about location! Very close to the best metro line to get to all the famous Paris landmarks. Nice coffee/bakery shops nearby, and located in a very desirable area of Paris. Be sure to get out and explore!

L'appartement de Vincent est un endroit parfait pour séjourner à Paris. Il est propre, élégant et situé juste en bas de la rue, à proximité de cafés et de restaurants. Mes deux filles et moi y avons séjourné pendant 4 nuits et c'était un excellent endroit pour nous trois. Vincent était très sympathique, réactif et avait de bonnes recommandations. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir ! Vincent’s apartment is a perfect place to stay in Paris. It is clean, stylish and just down the street from coffee shops and restaurants. My two daughters and I stayed for 4 nights and it was a great spot for the three of us. Vincent was super friendly, responsive and had good recommendations. We would love to stay again!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. L'appartement est très confortable et situé dans notre quartier préféré de Paris. Emplacement parfait, tout est accessible à pied avec d'excellents restaurants, boutiques et de jolis musées à proximité. L'accès aux transports en commun se fait à quelques minutes à pied. Vincent a toujours été réactif et accommodant. Merci beaucoup. Un séjour merveilleux. Nous reviendrons. Karen et Jane Loved our time in this gorgeous apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and in our favourite area of Paris. Perfectly located, walkable with great restaurants, shops and some lovely museums close by. Quel endroit magnifique pour séjourner et explorer Paris en famille. L'emplacement était superbe, calme, sûr et exactement comme sur les photos. Le quartier du Marais nous a permis de dîner la plupart des soirs dans les environs, avec de nombreux choix, et la Place des Vosges n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied de la propriété, tout comme de nombreux sites touristiques et le métro. Le logement était parfait pour notre famille, il avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, était confortable et propre. Vincent, l'hôte, a été très communicatif et très disponible tout au long de notre séjour. What a beautiful place to have stayed to explore Paris with our family. The location was beautiful quiet, safe and exactly what you see in the pictures. The area of Le Marais left us dining most evenings around this area with so many choices and Place des Vosges is just a short walk from the property, and close to so many of the sites with a short walk to the metro. The property was perfect for our family, it had everything we needed, was comfortable and was clean. Vincent the host was super communicative and very obliging with making himself available throughout our stay.
