We'll provide the code before you arrive, so you can settle in at your convenience. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. ☆ Sleep on a luxury "hotel quality" mattress: two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and individual bathrooms. For extra guests, the living room boasts a very comfortable double convertible sofa (140x200x12cm), with linens conveniently tucked away in the master bedroom wardrobe. ☆ Dine & unwind: whether you're hosting a dinner or enjoying a quick meal, the dining area features a stylish marble table for six. ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Quel bijou d'AirBNB dans le Marais. Il est situé dans une rue calme et sûre, à seulement quelques minutes de la gare et des restaurants et boutiques locaux. L'appartement était impeccable et disposait d'une belle cour ainsi que de beaucoup de lumière naturelle dans la cuisine et le séjour grâce à ses grandes fenêtres. Les salles de bain étaient modernes et très propres. La pression de l'eau de la douche à effet pluie et de la douchette était spectaculaire. Le petit lave-linge/sèche-linge était parfait pour faire un peu de lessive. Les chambres étaient légèrement plus petites qu'elles n'en avaient l'air, donc nous avons simplement laissé quelques valises dans le séjour (mais c'est en partie de notre faute car nous avions trop de bagages). Nous étions ravis de trouver un appartement avec deux douches et deux toilettes. Il nous a donné des recommandations de restaurants, a été extrêmement réactif et nous a apporté deux nouveaux oreillers pour chaque chambre, comme nous l'avions demandé. Le canapé-lit était le plus confortable que nous ayons jamais utilisé dans un hôtel ou un AirBNB. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris ! What a gem of an AirBNB in Marais. It was on a quiet and safe street that was within a couple minutes of the train station and local restaurants and shops. The apartment was immaculate and had a beautiful courtyard and tons of natural light in the kitchen and family room with its large windows. The bathrooms were modern and very clean. The water pressure from the rainshower head and hand held shower head were spectacular. The small washer/dryer was perfect for doing some laundry. The rooms were slightly smaller than they appeared, so we just left some suitcases in the family room (but partially our fault as we overpacked). We were thrilled to find an apartment that had two showers and toilets. He gave us restaurant recommendations, was extremely responsive and brought us two new pillows for each bedroom, as we requested. The pull-out couch was the most comfortable one we have ever used in any hotel or AirBNB. We would love to stay here again when we return to Paris!

EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT ! Je ne saurais trop insister sur la situation incroyable de l'appartement dans le Marais – nous avons pu marcher jusqu'à de magnifiques boutiques, de délicieux restaurants, l'épicerie est juste en face, le métro au coin de la rue – et nous avons tout simplement adoré le quartier ! Nous étions trois personnes et c'était un peu petit, mais confortable. Entrée sécurisée, appareils modernes, radiateurs d'appoint pour nous garder au chaud, lits vraiment confortables et douches excellentes (petites ! mais avec une bonne pression d'eau), j'ai adoré les produits de toilette (j'aimerais savoir qui fabrique le savon et le shampoing, ils étaient divins !), et assez d'espace pour se détendre pendant les temps morts et manger sur place. C'était aussi vraiment calme. Il n'y a pas de vue, mais les sites sont tellement nombreux rien qu'en se promenant dans la ville, donc cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Je recommande vivement pour une petite famille. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Cannot say enough about how amazingly situated we were in the Marais - we walked to beautiful shops, delicious restaurants, grocery is across the street, the metro was around the corner - and we just loved the neighborhood! We were three people, and it was a little small, but comfortable. Secure entry, modern appliances, space heaters to keep us cozy, really comfortable beds and great showers (small! but good water pressure), loved the toiletries (I wish I knew who made the soap and shampoo, they were divine!), and enough room to hang during downtime and eat in. It was also really quiet. There's no view, but the sights are so extensive when you're just walking around the city, so we didn't mind. Definitely recommend for a small family.

L'appartement de Vincent était idéalement situé dans le Marais. Il était facile de se rendre à pied aux cafés et aux bonnes boutiques. À une demi-rue du métro, ce qui était un vrai plus. L'appartement était parfait pour 4 personnes. Il était propre et très bien équipé avec toutes les commodités. Si j'ai la chance de revenir à Paris, j'aimerais beaucoup y séjourner à nouveau. Merci Vincent ! Vincent’s apartment was in the perfect location in the Marais. It was easy to walk to cafes and good shopping. Half a block from the metro which was a plus. The apartment was great for 4 people. It was clean and very well equipped with all amenities. If I am lucky enough to return to Paris I would love to stay there again. Thanks Vincent!
