Nestled in a gorgeous building, our 55 sqm (600 sqf) apartment combines vintage charm with modern luxury on the ground floor. Situated in the vibrant Marais district, the apartment is very quiet and benefits from a sunny private terrace, to live like a local in Paris! ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. We'll provide the code before you arrive, so you can settle in at your convenience. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. ☆ Sleep on a luxury "hotel quality" mattress: two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and individual bathrooms. For extra guests, the living room boasts a very comfortable double convertible sofa (140x200x12cm), with linens conveniently tucked away in the master bedroom wardrobe. ☆ Dine & unwind: whether you're hosting a dinner or enjoying a quick meal, the dining area features a stylish marble table for six. ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). We haven't forgotten the toaster, crockery, utensils, or the essential washer/dryer. ☆ Splendid bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower and a vanity unit. *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Cinq étoiles sur toute la ligne ! Les photos étaient fidèles, l'endroit était propre, idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Vincent a été très communicatif et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. Je reviendrais ici sans hésiter ! Five stars across the board! The photos were accurate, clean, fantastically located and well appointed. Vincent was very communicative and quick to reply to any question. I would absolutely stay here again!

L'appartement de Vincent était exactement comme décrit. Nous avons voyagé en groupe de 5 femmes. L'endroit était proche de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Nous sommes allées à pied à la Tour Eiffel, à Notre-Dame et au Louvre. Nous avons fait du shopping dans les boutiques en chemin vers les attractions de Paris. Nous avons adoré son logement. Vincent's place was just as described. We traveled as a group of 5 women. The place was near many restaurants and stores. we walked to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the Louvre. we shopped stores along the way to the Paris attractions. loved his placed.

Le logement de Vincent dans le Marais était magnifique et plein de charme, idéalement situé avec d'excellents restaurants et une belle façon de découvrir la scène des repas en plein air à Paris. L'endroit était chaleureux et agréable pour se reposer après une journée de visites, et à seulement quelques pas du métro. J'espère revenir bientôt ! Vincent’s place in the Marais was beautiful and charming and in a great location with great restaurants and a lovely way to experience the Parisian outdoor dining scene. The place was cozy and nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing and just steps away from the metro. Hope to come back soon!

Un véritable séjour 5 étoiles dans le Marais. L'appartement est magnifiquement décoré, moderne et conforme aux photos – la configuration 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est rare à Paris et a parfaitement convenu pour nous. Le patio était un bonus supplémentaire. Tout était impeccable et l'espace est aménagé avec soin. Les ventilateurs/chauffages Dyson ont très bien fonctionné pour le début du printemps, et même si la cuisine est compacte (typique à Paris), elle est entièrement moderne et fonctionnelle. Vincent a été exceptionnel – très réactif et arrangeant. Nous sommes arrivés d’un vol de nuit depuis New York et avons pu faire le check-in tôt à 13h, ce qui a fait une grande différence avec un enfant de 6 ans. Ils nous ont également recommandé Nannybag pour la consigne des bagages, ce qui s’est parfaitement déroulé. L’emplacement est idéal – en plein cœur du Marais et très proche du métro, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Nous reviendrions ici sans hésiter et recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui visitent Paris. A true 5-star stay in Le Marais. The apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and exactly as pictured - the 2 bed / 2 bath layout is rare for Paris and worked perfectly for us. The patio was an added bonus. Everything was spotless, and the space is thoughtfully equipped. The Dyson fans/heaters worked very well for the early spring weather, and while the kitchen is compact (typical for Paris), it’s fully modern and functional. Vincent was exceptional - very responsive and accommodating. We arrived on an overnight flight from NYC and were able to check in early at 1pm, which made a big difference with a 6 year old. They also recommended Nannybag for luggage storage, which worked out seamlessly. Location is ideal - right in Le Marais and very close to the Metro, making it easy to get around. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.
