This bright apartment, decorated with taste and designed with care, is located in the heart of the haut marais. With a high ceiling, and beautiful artwork, it really feels like home. The apartment is located near the trendy restaurants and cafés on rue de Bretagne, Enfants rouges covered market and it’s delicious food stands, and the fashion stores and museums of the marais district.

Bon à savoir

The appartement of 36 sqm (390 sqf) is located on the first floor of a typical building from le Marais (without elevator). You can self check-in at anytime, day or night (the code to the electronic door lock will be provided before your arrival). The apartment was designed and decorated with taste by an interior designer. You will be able to dim the light everywhere and set your preferred temperature for each room. The living room and the bedroom overlook rue Commines and rue Froissart. In the bedroom, you will find a queen size bed and a large wardrobe. In the living room, a convertible sofa (double bed) is available. Bed linens for this secondary bed are stored in the wardrobe of the bedroom. The dinning area comprises a bar and a dining table for 4. The kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, a combined oven and microwave, an induction hob, a kettle, a nespresso coffee machine doing lattes (with complimentary nespresso capsules for the duration of your stay), a toaster, crockery and utensils, as well as a washer/dryer (an iron table, iron and drying rack are also available). The bathroom has a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. Hand, body and hair products are also provided as well as soft towels. An ultra high speed internet connection is also available everywhere in the apartment.

*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Eco-Friendly practices for our guests: your help in making your stay greener is appreciated! - Waste sorting: please use the two bins provided (one for household waste and the other for plastics, cardboard, and packaging) and dispose of glass bottles in the designated container. - Energy saving: turn off lights and devices when not in use. - Eco-friendly temperature: keep heating below 21°C. - Efficient use of appliances: please use washing machines with full loads.

Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

The workshop of lights and the Picasso Museum are within walking distance as is Place de la Bastille or République. You will find the famous trendy shop "Merci" right next door, or the delicatessen "Maison Plisson", many shops for shopping lovers or galeries around rue de Turenne and rue Veille du Temple.

Super endroit et excellent séjour - Vincent est très sympathique, l'appartement est bien équipé et l'enregistrement a été vraiment facile. Je recommande et j'aimerais beaucoup revenir ! J'ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable chez Vincent et son équipe ! Ils ont été incroyablement serviables, communicatifs et sympathiques. Je le recommanderais à toute personne visitant Paris. I had such a lovely stay with Vincent and team! They were incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly. They gave great local recommendations as well. The apartment is in the perfect location in Le Marais, close to multiple metro stops and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in the area. Would recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Appartement magnifique et extrêmement bien équipé, avec tous les appareils et commodités nécessaires déjà fournis. Propreté irréprochable. Emplacement idéal au cœur du Marais, avec de nombreux sites à visiter à pied. Vincent a été un hôte très sympathique et réactif, je recommanderais vivement son logement à tous les voyageurs à Paris. Nous prévoyons déjà d’y revenir bientôt… Beautiful and extremely well equipped apartment, with all appliances and amenities needed already supplied. Spotless clean. Great location in the heart of Le Marais with plenty of things to visit in walking distance. Vincent was a very friendly and responsive host, would highly recommend his place to all travellers to Paris. We are already planning to come back soon…

C'est un endroit fantastique où séjourner à Paris, non seulement pour son agencement bien pensé, ses jolies œuvres d'art et sa cuisine très bien équipée, mais aussi pour sa situation idéale à proximité d'un quartier magnifique de la ville. Nos hôtes ont été excellents en communication et très arrangeants. Je ne pourrais pas recommander cet endroit davantage ! Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! This is a fantastic place to stay in Paris, not only for its well thought out layout, nice art, and well stocked kitchen but, for its prime proximity to a wonderful part of the city. Our hosts were great at communicating and were very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this spot any more! We had a lovely stay!
