This bright apartment, decorated with taste and designed with care, is located in the heart of the haut marais. With a high ceiling, and beautiful artwork, it really feels like home. The apartment is located near the trendy restaurants and cafés on rue de Bretagne, Enfants rouges covered market and it’s delicious food stands, and the fashion stores and museums of the marais district.

The appartement of 36 sqm (390 sqf) is located on the first floor of a typical building from le Marais (without elevator). You can self check-in at anytime, day or night (the code to the electronic door lock will be provided before your arrival). The apartment was designed and decorated with taste by an interior designer. You will be able to dim the light everywhere and set your preferred temperature for each room. The living room and the bedroom overlook rue Commines and rue Froissart. In the bedroom, you will find a queen size bed and a large wardrobe. In the living room, a convertible sofa (double bed) is available. Bed linens for this secondary bed are stored in the wardrobe of the bedroom. The dinning area comprises a bar and a dining table for 4. The kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, a combined oven and microwave, an induction hob, a kettle, a nespresso coffee machine doing lattes (with complimentary nespresso capsules for the duration of your stay), a toaster, crockery and utensils, as well as a washer/dryer (an iron table, iron and drying rack are also available). The bathroom has a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. Hand, body and hair products are also provided as well as soft towels. An ultra high speed internet connection is also available everywhere in the apartment.

*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Eco-Friendly practices for our guests: your help in making your stay greener is appreciated! - Waste sorting: please use the two bins provided (one for household waste and the other for plastics, cardboard, and packaging) and dispose of glass bottles in the designated container. - Energy saving: turn off lights and devices when not in use. - Eco-friendly temperature: keep heating below 21°C. - Efficient use of appliances: please use washing machines with full loads.
