The apartment, spanning 110 sqm (1,200 sqf), is situated on the second floor of a characteristic building in Le Marais, without an elevator. Self check-in is possible at any hour, day or night, with an electronic door lock code provided prior to your arrival. Designed and decorated tastefully by a renowned interior designer, the apartment features adjustable lighting and individual temperature control in each room. All rooms offer views of a charming courtyard, typical of Le Marais. The dining area includes a table accommodating 8 guests. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a dishwasher, a combination oven and microwave, an induction hob, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine capable of making lattes (complimentary Nespresso capsules included for your stay), a toaster, and complete sets of crockery and utensils. A washing machine and dryer are also available, along with an iron, ironing board, and drying rack. In the living room, a convertible sofa (king size with a comfortable thick mattress) is at your disposal, with bed linens and a comforter stored in the wardrobe of the second bedroom. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de cinq jours. L'appartement est moderne, propre, dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires et est un véritable trois-pièces. L'emplacement se trouve au « sommet » du Marais, très pratique pour accéder aux transports à République juste au nord, mais il est aussi très facile de se rendre à pied au cœur du Marais, plus au sud et à l'ouest de l'appartement. Vincent a été très réactif et serviable. We had a great five-day stay. The apartment is modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities, and is a true three-bedroom flat. Location is at the “top” of the Marais, very convenient to transit at République just to the north, but also very walkable into the heart of the Marais further south and west from the flat. Vincent was very responsive & helpful.

Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement ! Tellement génial ! Il y avait largement assez de place pour ma famille de 5 personnes. L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur. Et c'est très calme car toutes les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure plutôt que sur la rue. En résumé, c'est la perfection ! Cannot recommend this apartment enough! So great! Plenty of space for my family of 5. The location could not be better. And it’s super quiet as all the windows face into the courtyard rather than onto the street. All in all, perfection!

Magnifique endroit au cœur du quartier du Marais à Paris. Des restaurants et des boutiques fantastiques partout où l’on regarde, et à proximité d’un joli parc avec une belle aire de jeux (un énorme avantage lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants). Je recommande vivement cet endroit ! Beautiful place in the heart of Le Marais neighbourhood of Paris. Fantastic reastaurants and shops everywhere you look and close to a nice park with a beautiful playground (a huge plus when travelling with kids). I highly recommend this place!

Je recommanderais l'appartement pour de nombreuses raisons. Premièrement, son emplacement est à la fois central pour tout Paris, car nous avons exploré la ville dans tous les sens pendant notre séjour, mais il est aussi possible de rejoindre à pied en quelques minutes d'excellents restaurants, boutiques et activités. Le quartier du « haut Marais » est calme, sûr et non touristique. Deuxièmement, l'immeuble et l'appartement correspondaient parfaitement à notre envie de charme, de nuits paisibles, de confort moderne et de jolis détails de décoration. Troisièmement, nos hôtes nous ont donné d'excellentes recommandations de manière proactive et ont été très réactifs et serviables tout au long de notre séjour. Une base de rêve pour notre semaine à Paris ! I would recommend the apartment for many reasons. First, a location that is both central to all of Paris as we went far and wide on our trip, but also walkable in minutes to great restaurants, shops and activities. The 'upper Marais' area feels calm, safe, and non-touristy. Second, a building and apartment that met perfectly our desire for charm, quiet sleep, modern comforts and lovely design details. Third, our hosts provided excellent recommendations proactively and were very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. A dream home base for our week in Paris!

L'appartement de Vincent est magnifique et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est fantastique, avec de nombreux bons restaurants, cafés et boutiques à proximité. Nous voyagions avec nos deux jeunes enfants et Vincent nous a gentiment fourni un lit bébé et une chaise haute pour notre plus jeune (nous avions en fait oublié de demander la chaise haute, mais il l'a quand même mise à disposition, ce qui a été très apprécié). L'appartement était propre, paisible et calme. Les lits étaient confortables. La communication avec Vincent a été facile et il nous a donné d'excellentes recommandations locales ainsi que des instructions claires pour l'enregistrement et l'entrée. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, merci Vincent ! Vincent’s apartment is beautiful and we had a great stay. The location is fantastic, loads of nice restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. We were travelling with our two young children and Vincent helpfully provided a cot and high chair for our youngest (we actually forgot to ask for the high chair but he provided it anyway which was much appreciated). The apartment was clean, peaceful and quiet. Comfortable beds. Easy communication with Vincent and great local recommendations and instructions for check in and entry. We had a great time, thank you Vincent!

C'était la toute première expérience Airbnb de notre famille et cela a dépassé nos attentes, donc nous en ferons plus à l'avenir au lieu de séjourner à l'hôtel – nous reviendrions ici à 100 %. Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux garçons (12 et 7 ans) et l'appartement était incroyablement calme, tout le monde a très bien dormi – les lits et le linge de lit étaient de très grande qualité et ont dépassé nos attentes. L'emplacement est 10/10 et le fait que l'appartement soit si propre et bien organisé était excellent (nous avons utilisé la boulangerie d'à côté chaque matin pour nos enfants, divers marchés et cafés sont tout proches) – le Marais est incroyable et nous ne séjournerons désormais que dans ce quartier. La communication de Vincent ainsi que le guide de la maison et les recommandations de restaurants étaient excellents et très clairs – il est excellent, précis et réactif. Seuls points d'amélioration : Il faudrait un coffre-fort plus sécurisé pour les bijoux / passeports. Idéalement, il aurait fallu inclure plus de petits linges de bain (pas de gants de toilette, peu de serviettes pour les mains) et de produits de bain. This was our family’s first ever air BNB experience and it exceeded expectations so we’ll do more of it vs staying at hotels - we’d 100pct stay here again - we stayed with our two boys (12 and 7) and unit was incredibly quiet and everyone slept great - beds and bed linens all high quality and exceeded expectations The location is 10/10 and the apartment being so clean and organized was excellent (used next door every single morning for our kids, various markets and cafes super close) - the Marais is amazing and we’ll only stay in this neighborhood going forward Vincent’s communication and the house guide / restaurant recommendations were excellent and very clear - he’s excellent and precise/timely Only constructive items: Needs a more secure safe for jewelry / passports Ideally would have included more small bath linens (no face clothes, minimal hand towels) and bath products
