The apartment is located on the ground floor in a beautiful, quiet, and green courtyard (accessible by elevator from the entrance) and has a small terrace that you can enjoy. ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: Check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. ☆ Expertly Designed Space: Crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. With the living room and bedroom opening up to the serene courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed. ☆ Sleep in Style: The bedroom features a queen-size bed with high quality bedding, and an individual bathroom. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

You will find the museums and monuments of the Marais after Place de la République, as well as the galeries and stores on rue de Turenne and rue Vieille du Temple.

Superbe appartement dans un quartier charmant. L'appartement était exactement comme sur les photos et, bien que petit, il avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'endroit est à distance de marche du Marais et proche de la Gare du Nord, de la Gare de l’Est et de la station de métro. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et garderons certainement cette adresse en tête pour notre prochaine visite à Paris ! Gorgeous appartment in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures and was small but had everything we needed. The place is walking distance from Le Marais and close to Gare du Nord and Gare du L’Est and the metro station. We loved our stay and will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting Paris again!

Pour les amateurs de café du matin, veuillez noter qu'il y a une machine Nespresso et que quelques capsules sont fournies pour les premiers cafés – il y a un supermarché, une boulangerie et une petite pizzeria juste à côté. Le quartier est calme et le canal est magnifique pour se promener. De jolis cafés et des boutiques uniques. Merci ! Vincent was very responsive and gave excellent restaurant recommendation in the area. Thank you! For morning coffee lovers, pls note that there is a Nespresso machine and some capsules are provided for the first coffees - there is a supermarket, bakery and little pizza shop next door. The area is quite and the canal is beautiful to stroll along. Nice coffee places and unique shops. Merci!

Le séjour dans l'appartement était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Situé dans une cour en dessous du niveau de la rue, il était exceptionnellement calme. La pression de la douche était parfaite et l'eau chauffait très bien ! C'était vraiment agréable de se détendre après une journée bien remplie à explorer Paris. Vincent a fourni des instructions très simples pour l'enregistrement ainsi que d'excellents conseils bien organisés. Un point de départ parfait pour explorer Le Marais et accéder facilement aux monuments grâce au métro. The apartment stay was exactly what we needed. Located in a courtyard below street level so it was exceptionally quiet. Shower pressure was perfect and water heated well! Really was wonderful to relax after a busy day exploring in Paris. Vincent provided very easy instructions for check-in and great organized tips. Perfect home base to explore Le Marais and easy metros to monuments.
