The apartment is located near the trendy restaurants and cafés on rue de Bretagne, Enfants rouges covered market and it’s delicious food stands, and the fashion stores and museums of the marais district.

This duplex appartement of 35 sqm (3 800 sqf) is located on the ground floor of a typical building from le Marais. You can self check-in at anytime, day or night (the code to the electronic door lock will be provided before your arrival). The apartment was designed and decorated with taste by an interior designer. The living room and kitchen overlook a charming and quiet courtyard, full of plants. It's a very quiet place while being right in the center of the Marais. In the bedroom, located in a beautiful stone arched basement, you will find a queen size bed and a beautiful bathtub. In the living room, a convertible sofa (double bed 140x200) is available. The dinning area comprises a dining table for 2/3 guests. The kitchen is well equiped with a dish washer, a combined oven and microwave, an induction hob, a kettle, a nespresso coffee machine doing lattes (with complimentary nespresso capsules for the duration of your stay), a toaster, crockery and utensils. The bathroom has a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. Hand, body and hair products are also provided as well as soft towels. There is also a washer/dryer in the bathroom as well as an iron table, iron and drying rack. An ultra high speed internet connection is also available everywhere in the apartement.

A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

L'appartement du Marais à Paris était vraiment unique en son genre. Niché dans une rue calme, il offre un havre de paix à quelques pas de l'énergie des Marais. Le quartier est très agréable à parcourir à pied, avec des marchés, des boulangeries et des cafés à proximité. Les transports étaient faciles. À seulement 2 minutes à pied du métro Filles du Calvaire, il était simple de rejoindre des sites emblématiques comme la Tour Eiffel, le Louvre et le Moulin Rouge. L'appartement était confortable pour deux personnes, avec une cuisine pour préparer des repas légers, un salon douillet et un lave-linge/sèche-linge pratique. Le point fort est la superbe chambre. Un escalier en pierre mène à une pièce sereine, digne d'un château, avec un lit confortable, une baignoire et une salle d'eau. C'était privé, calme et inoubliable. À noter : la chambre se trouve à un niveau inférieur accessible par des escaliers, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tous les voyageurs. Cet appartement offre une excellente combinaison d'emplacement, de charme et de confort. Louis a été un hôte excellent, communicatif, professionnel et attentionné. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir et recommandons vivement ce séjour unique à Paris. The Marais Paris apartment was one-of-a-kind. Tucked away on a quiet street, it offers a peaceful retreat just steps from the energy of Les Marais. The neighborhood is very walkable, with markets, bakeries, and cafés nearby. Transportation was easy. The 2-minute walk to Filles du Calvaire Metro made it simple to reach landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and Moulin Rouge. The apartment was comfortable for two, with a kitchen for light cooking, cozy living space, and convenient washer/dryer. The highlight is the stunning bedroom. A stone staircase leads to a serene, castle-like chamber with a comfortable bed, soaking tub, and half bath. It felt private, quiet, and unforgettable. Note: the bedroom is on a lower level via stairs, which may not suit all guests. This apartment offers a great combination of location, charm, and comfort. Louis was an excellent host, communicative, professional, and attentive. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this unique Paris stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment formidable dans le Marais et nous reviendrions sans hésiter. L'emplacement est imbattable – super central et parfait si l'on souhaite profiter du Marais, tout en étant agréablement calme et sécurisé grâce à la cour intérieure. L'appartement est décoré avec style et la partie inférieure avec la cave voûtée et la baignoire était un vrai point fort. L'équipement était au top – la cuisine offre tout ce dont on a besoin, les lits sont confortables et l'appartement était dans l'ensemble très propre. Les deux salles de bains sont également très pratiques. Louis a été un hôte formidable : très proactif dans la communication, toujours disponible et avec de nombreux conseils utiles (restaurants, boulangeries, consigne à bagages – même possible directement à l'appartement). Un livre d'or avec des recommandations était aussi à disposition. L'enregistrement a été simple et tout était facile à trouver. Recommandation claire – nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Marais und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – super zentral und perfekt, wenn man viel im Marais unterwegs ist, gleichzeitig durch den Hinterhof angenehm ruhig und sicher. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und der untere Bereich mit Gewölbekeller und Badewanne war ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung war top – die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem und die Wohnung insgesamt sehr sauber. Auch die zwei Bäder sind super praktisch. Louis war ein großartiger Gastgeber: sehr proaktiv in der Kommunikation, immer erreichbar und mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps (Restaurants, Boulangerien, Gepäckaufbewahrung – sogar direkt an der Wohnung möglich). Auch ein Gästebuch mit Empfehlungen war vorhanden. Check-in war unkompliziert und alles leicht zu finden. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné chez Louis, dans son Airbnb du Marais, pendant 5 nuits. L'appartement offre une expérience unique avec une chambre située dans une cave, dotée d'une salle de bain attenante. L'étage supérieur comprend une salle de bain complète, une cuisine et un espace salon. La cuisine était équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, très proche de superbes restaurants français, bars à vin, cafés et du centre commercial. En fait, il y a une excellente boulangerie et un coffee shop juste à côté de l'appartement. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter séjourner ici. My husband and I stayed at Louis’s Airbnb in Marais for 5 nights. The apartment has a unique experience of bedroom in a cave with attached bath. The upper area has a full bath, kitchen and living area. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location and it was very close to amazing French restaurants, wine bars, Cafe’s and shopping hub. In fact, there is an amazing Boulangerie and Coffee shop right next to the apartment. We would definitely come back to stay here again.
