The apartment is located near the trendy restaurants and cafés on rue de Bretagne, Enfants rouges covered market and it’s delicious food stands, and the fashion stores and museums of the marais district.

This duplex appartement of 35 sqm (3 800 sqf) is located on the ground floor of a typical building from le Marais. You can self check-in at anytime, day or night (the code to the electronic door lock will be provided before your arrival). The apartment was designed and decorated with taste by an interior designer. The living room and kitchen overlook a charming and quiet courtyard, full of plants. It's a very quiet place while being right in the center of the Marais. In the bedroom, located in a beautiful stone arched basement, you will find a queen size bed and a beautiful bathtub. In the living room, a convertible sofa (double bed 140x200) is available. The dinning area comprises a dining table for 2/3 guests. The kitchen is well equiped with a dish washer, a combined oven and microwave, an induction hob, a kettle, a nespresso coffee machine doing lattes (with complimentary nespresso capsules for the duration of your stay), a toaster, crockery and utensils. The bathroom has a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. Hand, body and hair products are also provided as well as soft towels. There is also a washer/dryer in the bathroom as well as an iron table, iron and drying rack. An ultra high speed internet connection is also available everywhere in the apartement.

*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Louis dans le Marais. L'appartement lui-même est très calme, situé dans une cour à l'écart de la rue, mais sur une petite rue agréable avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Le quartier en général est vraiment sympa, sûr, avec beaucoup d'endroits intéressants. De plus, l'entrée du métro au bout de la rue est super pratique pour se déplacer partout dans Paris. L'appartement est unique, avec une chambre/salle de bain en pierre très cosy en bas – nous avons très bien dormi. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très propre et moderne. Un excellent endroit pour un court séjour dans un joli quartier de la ville. We had a really nice stay in Louis's apartment in the Marais. The apartment itself is very quiet, off the street in a courtyard, but located on great little street with lots of shopping and places to eat. The general area itself is really nice, safe with lots of interesting places. Also, the Metro entrance at the end of the street is super convenient for getting around all over Paris. The apartment itself is unique, with a cozy stone bedroom/bath downstairs - slept really well. Overall, very clean and up to date. A great place for a short stay in a lovely part of the city.

Endroit charmant, très calme et privé dans une cour, avec un accès de plain-pied donc pas besoin de porter les bagages dans les escaliers. L'escalier menant à la chambre du sous-sol est un peu étroit, mais l'ensemble est agréable et original. Louis a été très serviable, je recommande vivement cet endroit. Lovely place that is very quiet and private in a courtyard, ground floor access so there is no need to carry luggages up stairs. The stairs to the basement room is a bit tight, but the overall feel is nice and interesting. Louis has been very helpful, and will highly recommend this place.

C'était un endroit incroyable pour passer notre séjour à Paris – la chambre du bas était vraiment un "donjon du sommeil", c'est sûr... l'obscurité et le silence rendaient difficile de sortir du lit ! Louis a été très proactif dans la communication et a continué à prendre de nos nouvelles tout au long du séjour avec d'excellentes recommandations. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement car il offrait de fantastiques options de restauration et de shopping, et il était à quelques pas de tout ce que nous voulions faire. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter lors d'un prochain voyage ! This was an amazing place to spend our time in Paris - the downstairs room was a sleep dungeon that’s for sure… the darkness and silence made it hard to roll out of bed! Louis was very proactive with communication and continued to check in throughout our stay with great recommendations. We enjoyed the location as it offered fantastic food and shopping choices and was a short walk from where wanted to be. Would definitely return on a future trip!

Un Airbnb magnifique au cœur du Marais. Littéralement en face de tous les meilleurs magasins du Marais. AMI et Gentle Monster sont littéralement à votre porte et le métro est à seulement 2 minutes à pied pour vous connecter au reste de Paris ! Ou alors, promenez-vous tout simplement ! Such a beautiful Airbnb in the heart of the Marais. Literally across the street from all the best the shopping in the Marais. AMI and gentle monster are literally out your front door and the metro is a short 2 min walk to connect you to the rest of Paris! Or simply just walk!
