Situated a stone's throw from the iconic Canal Saint Martin, and a few minutes walk from Le Marais, it's not just a place to stay, but an experience to live! The apartment is located on the ground floor in a beautiful, quiet, and green courtyard (accessible by elevator from the entrance) and has a small terrace that you can enjoy. ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. With the living room and bedroom opening up to the serene courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed. ☆ Sleep in style: The bedroom features a queen-size bed with high quality bedding, and an individual bathroom. For extra guests, the living room boasts a double bed convertible sofa (queen size mattres : 160x200x12cm). ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

You will find the museums and monuments of the Marais after Place de la République, as well as the galeries and stores on rue de Turenne and rue Vieille du Temple.

Cet endroit est parfait ! La décoration est TRÈS soignée et tout est parfaitement équipé, il y a absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le logement se trouve juste à côté d'une rue plus animée, dans une rue calme et charmante avec quelques petites boulangeries, cafés, épiceries et pharmacies juste devant la porte ! C'est exactement comme sur les photos, c'est magnifique. Vincent est toujours très réactif et serviable ! Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables et je recommanderais cet endroit à toute ma famille et à tous mes amis. J'ai envie de revenir très bientôt. This place is perfection! VERY thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped with anything you might need. The place is right off a busier street on a quiet and quaint street with a few smaller bakeries, cafes grocery stores and pharmacies right out the front door! Looks exactly like the pictures, it’s stunning. Vincent is super responsive and helpful all the time! Super super nice hosts and would recommend this place to all my family and friends. I want to come back soon

Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour ici. L'hôte a été incroyablement serviable et réactif, prenant de nos nouvelles à plusieurs reprises pendant le séjour pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien. L'appartement ne pourrait pas être mieux situé. Il est tout près du canal ainsi que de nombreux magasins et restaurants, tout en étant dans une rue calme qui permet de se détendre. Je recommande vivement à tout le monde ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive - checking in multiple times during the stay to see how things were going. The apt couldn't be located in a better spot. It's so close to the canal and lots of shops and restaurants but is still set aside on a quiet street providing a place to relax. Highly recommend to everyone!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise tout au long de notre visite. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement à d'autres voyageurs. We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The style of the apartment was exactly to our taste, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The location is excellent – close to the canal and very central, making it easy to explore Paris on foot. Vincent was a great host and gave us helpful tips for the neighborhood, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Je suis tellement contente d'avoir trouvé cet endroit ! C'est un joli petit appartement avec un emplacement pratique et agréable. L'intérieur est élégant et bien pensé, avec des solutions raffinées que j'apprécie beaucoup. C'était très propre et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin : machine à laver, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et machine à café. Linge de lit agréable et lits confortables. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une rue où il y a une boulangerie, une pharmacie et une épicerie de l'autre côté de la rue. Il est à courte distance de la gare de l’Est pour le métro et de la gare du Nord pour le RER et l’Eurostar. Nous avons essayé trois des nombreux restaurants à proximité, tous très bons. Le quartier est calme et près du canal, avec plusieurs parcs à proximité. Ici, vous êtes davantage entouré de locaux que de touristes. C'est une belle promenade jusqu'au Marais et au 1er arrondissement. La communication avec les hôtes était excellente, ils étaient sympathiques, informatifs et chaleureux. J'ai toujours reçu les informations à temps et ils répondaient rapidement. J'ai vécu à Paris et j'y suis allée d'innombrables fois. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans cet endroit. Så glad for at jeg fant dette stedet! Det er en Vakker liten leilighet med praktisk og fin beliggenhet. Elegant og gjennomtenkt interiør med delikate løsninger, noe jeg setter stor pris på. Det var meget rent og med alt vi trengte: vaskemaskin, kjøleskap, oppvaskmaskin og kaffemaskin. Deilig sengetøy og gode senger. Leiligheten ligger godt plassert i en gate der du har bakeri, apotek og dagligvare på andre siden av gaten. Det er Kort vei til gare d l’Est for metro og gare du nord for RER og Eurostar. Vi prøvde tre spisesteder av flere som lå like ved, alle veldig gode. Området er rolig og ved kanalen, med flere parker i nærheten. Her er du mer omringet av lokalbefolkning enn av turister. Det er en fin gåtur ned til le marais og 1.arr. Kommunikasjonen med vertskapet var svært bra, de var hyggelige, informative og hjertelige. Jeg fikk alltid informasjon i god tid og de svarte raskt. Jeg har bodd i Paris og vært på utallige turer hit. Jeg kommer veldig gjerne tilbake til dette stedet.

Vincent n'a été que serviable pendant notre séjour. L'endroit est calme, idéalement situé si vous venez en train et décoré avec goût. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous immédiatement. Je recommanderais de séjourner ici si on me le demandait. Vincent was nothing but helpful during our stay. The place is calm, ideally situated if you come by train and decorated with taste.
