Situated a stone's throw from the iconic Canal Saint Martin, and a few minutes walk from Le Marais, it's not just a place to stay, but an experience to live! The apartment is located on the ground floor in a beautiful, quiet, and green courtyard (accessible by elevator from the entrance) and has a small terrace that you can enjoy. ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. With the living room and bedroom opening up to the serene courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed. ☆ Sleep in style: The bedroom features a queen-size bed with high quality bedding, and an individual bathroom. For extra guests, the living room boasts a double bed convertible sofa (queen size mattres : 160x200x12cm). ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

The trendy bars and restaurants rue de Vinaigriers, quai de Valmy, quai de Jemmapes are right next door, and the amazing yoga studio Jivamukiti is across the canal. You will find the museums and monuments of the Marais after Place de la République, as well as the galeries and stores on rue de Turenne and rue Vieille du Temple.

Cet appartement est très propre et bien équipé pour un couple. Le lit était confortable et la salle de bain impeccable. L'appartement donnait un vrai sentiment de sécurité grâce à l'accès par une cour sécurisée. Le quartier regorge de commerces et de restaurants et offre une ambiance locale très agréable. Tout est facilement accessible à pied. L'appartement est également extrêmement proche de la station de métro Jacques Bonsergent et de la Gare de l'Est, ce qui rend les déplacements dans la ville très faciles. Nous recommandons vivement. This apartment is super clean and well appointed for a couple to stay. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless Apartment felt super secure with access from a secure courtyard The neighbourhood has plenty of stores and restaurants and has a wonderful local feel. everything is easily walkable. The apartment is also extremely close to the Jacques Bonsergent Metro Station and Gare DeL’est so travelling around the city is a breeze. We would highly recommend

Endroit merveilleux ! Magnifiquement décoré, moderne. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme avec suffisamment d'installations et de possibilités. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Vincent était un excellent propriétaire. Il a été très réactif et communicatif tout au long de mon séjour. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description et était très propre. La sécurité était excellente et le quartier résidentiel était idéal pour accéder au métro, la rue était sûre pour se promener et il y avait d'excellentes pâtisseries. Vincent was an excellent Owner. He was very responsive and communicative throughout my stay. The apartment was as-described and was very clean. Security was excellent and the neighborhood was a great residential location for access to the Metro, safe street to walk and great patisseries.

Emplacement idéal pour séjourner. À distance de marche pratique de la Gare de l’Est. Beaucoup de bonnes options de restauration à proximité et situé dans un bon quartier résidentiel. Depuis ici, nous avons également pu marcher jusqu’au Marais. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir partir plus tard car nous avions un train à prendre l’après-midi. L’hôte était réactif. Great location to be based at. Convenient walking distance to Gare de l’Est. Plenty of good food options nearby and in a good residential area. From here we could also walk to Le Marais. Appreciated that we were able to check out later as we had an afternoon train to catch. Host was responsive.

L'emplacement était incroyable ! Ma sœur et moi avons passé le week-end ici, et il était facile de rejoindre le centre-ville en train. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques à proximité — et c'est vraiment proche d'une grande gare. J'ai adoré qu'il y ait une laverie sur place, ainsi qu'une plaque de cuisson, un réfrigérateur, etc. pour préparer facilement des repas dans l'appartement. J'ai hâte de revenir à Paris !! It was an amazing location! My sister and I stayed the weekend, and it was an easy train ride into city center. Lots of food and shops nearby — and super close to a main train station. Loved that there was a laundry onsite, and a stove top, fridge, etc for easy meals in the apartment. Can’t wait to come back to Paris!!
