With the living room and bedroom opening up to the serene courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed. ☆ Sleep in Style: The bedroom features a queen-size bed with high quality bedding, and an individual bathroom. *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Eco-Friendly practices for our guests: your help in making your stay greener is appreciated! - Waste sorting: please use the two bins provided (one for household waste and the other for plastics, cardboard, and packaging) and dispose of glass bottles in the designated container. - Energy saving: turn off lights and devices when not in use. - Eco-friendly temperature: keep heating below 21°C. - Efficient use of appliances: please use washing machines with full loads.

Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

The apartment is 2-minute walk from Canal Saint-Martin and 10-minute walk from Le Marais. The trendy bars and restaurants rue de Vinaigriers, quai de Valmy, quai de Jemmapes are right next door, and the amazing yoga studio Jivamukiti is across the canal. You will find the museums and monuments of the Marais after Place de la République, as well as the galeries and stores on rue de Turenne and rue Vieille du Temple.

Really well thought out space. Perfect for a couple. Really quiet courtyard. Coffee well stocked and nice Aesop products. Insanely comfortable bed. Vincent was a great host - really helpful and responsive. Check in could have been tricky but instructions - with images - were really clear. It is in a really good neighborhood - pretty hip and too many appealing places to stuff your face. We’d love to come back

Vincent was easy to contact and very responsive. The apartment was spotless! A lovely, quiet space in a great part of town. Really appreciated the coffee machine in the apartment - an excellent addition to the croissants from the bakery across the street, yum!
