Vincent's apartment was absolutely as advertised and perfect for us. On the edge of a lot excitement, the apartment block itself is a respite. Three metros and a train station are nearby and connect you anywhere you want to go. It is a very happy place and a window on one of the world's greatest cities and certainly it's most beautiful. The canal area is not typically known to most tourists but the place rocks! We would highly recommend it and certainly would love to return one day.

Our stay at Vincent’s apartment was fantastic. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the location, which is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Paris, with wonderful shops, excellent restaurants, and charming cafés just steps away. Vincent was an exceptional host, with excellent communication before and during our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly felt at home. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to future guests.

This was the perfect base for a trip to Paris and Vincent could not have been more helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Thank you.

This apartment is perfect if you need a little room to stretch out while traveling than a hotel would give you, and you want a calm street to be your base. We happened to be in Paris during a heatwave, so the air conditioning wasn’t perhaps like in the states, BUT, for Paris, it was great! So convenient to markets, restaurants, and boulangeries. And the Canal Saint Martin is just a couple streets away. Would stay again.

Belle expérience La chambre style « cave » était parfaite pour retrouver calme et fraîcheur en cette période estivale. L’appartement est meublé et décoré avec goût.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully designed, exactly as shown in the pictures, and in fact exceeded our expectations. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and the space was extremely comfortable, clean, and easy to settle into. Vincent was a fantastic host — super responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-hosted apartment.

This air bnb was perfect for our stay in Paris! It is super close to many bus/metro stops, cute shops, and good restaurant/food options. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom is a little small and there is some outside noise, but it didn’t bother us. Just be careful of the glass door before heading up the stairs to the air bnb. It is so clear that we almost didn’t see it and a few times almost walked right into it. Overall, definitely recommend this air bnb!

The location was perfect. Vincent communicated really well and gave lots of recommendations. The apartment is quite small for 3 people and we thought there was an outside area to sit. I would also recommend to leave a little milk for coffee and some waters, it’s a nice touch! (I host airbnb’s) so I like to do this for my guests, I still rated a 5 stars because there was nothing to complain about and the hosts and lovely with a great location! Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

We had a great time at the Airbnb. It felt very private on a quiet street but literally right next to a Metro stop. It was wonderful for 2 people to be able to spread out a little with all our luggage. The small kitchen was more than enough for our needs, and the area is top notch. Absolutely stunning small streets with amazing shopping and restaurants nearby. It's very close to the more bustly areas of Le Marais, but in a slightly more quiet area that we really appreciated staying in. My husband raves about the ham sandwiches of Le Parizot (perfect for a quick bite) and I personally adored Empreintes, a pottery store with an ever-changing curation from French artists, for a lot cheaper than handmade pottery in America (like 30 euros for a large plate, so not cheap, but it's cheap for art you can buy). The host was really communicative and proactive and thoughtful. Would definitely come again!
