The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The mezzanine bedroom welcomes you with hotel-quality bedding and a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for restful nights. The adjacent bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower and toilet. On the tech side, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. For optimal comfort, you'll also enjoy a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and air conditioning.

*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. A beautiful home and a perfect location for walking around Paris. Cozy and quaint and a perfect location with lots of good food options nearby. The apartment was comfortable, clean and modern with a beautiful private courtyard to relax in. Would absolutely book this again next time i'm in Paris.

Vincent’s place was a great find! The location is amazing—right in the heart of Le Marais, close to cute cafés, great bakeries, supermarkets, and the metro. Super convenient for exploring Paris. The apartment itself is cozy and perfect for a couple, especially if you’re staying a bit longer. It’s on the first floor, and we always felt very safe. We were three people staying for a week and still managed just fine. Vincent is a wonderful host—really responsive, thoughtful, and even sent us local tips during our stay. Would definitely recommend his place for anyone looking for a charming, well-located home base in Paris!

This home was an incredible way to end our time in Europe. It had the most beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee and pastries - we were even lucky to hear one of their talented neighbors play classical piano one morning. The space provided ample comfort, amenities, and AC and high power fan during the heat wave. Both the main bed and pull out were super comfy & the high quality linens and pillows made us feel incredibly comfortable. The bathroom feels so luxurious with the stone shower & soft lighting. The most appreciated aspect of our stay was our host Vincent. He arranged for us to drop off luggage prior to ck in which was super helpful & checked in on us throughout the stay. Highly recommend u take advantage of his guidebook. We went to the suggested Au Passage & Taverna restaurants & were by far our fave meals in Paris outside of traditional cuisine. Would absolutely stay again as a couple or w our child. Location was incredibly walkable while also remote.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Vincent’s place! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, which made it super comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed and perfect for exploring the area. Vincent was also a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made everything really convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!
