Situated in the vibrant Marais district, the apartment is very quiet and benefits from a sunny private terrace, to live like a local in Paris! ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. We'll provide the code before you arrive, so you can settle in at your convenience. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. ☆ Sleep on a luxury "hotel quality" mattress: two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and individual bathrooms. For extra guests, the living room boasts a very comfortable double convertible sofa (140x200x12cm), with linens conveniently tucked away in the master bedroom wardrobe. ☆ Dine & unwind: whether you're hosting a dinner or enjoying a quick meal, the dining area features a stylish marble table for six. ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). We haven't forgotten the toaster, crockery, utensils, or the essential washer/dryer. ☆ Splendid bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower and a vanity unit. You will find complimentary hand, body, and hair products, and fluffy towels for all guests. One toilet is located in one of the bathrooms, and the other is near the kitchen. ☆ Stay connected: whether you're here for work or leisure, our ultra-high-speed internet ensures you're always online, in every corner of the apartment.

*FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Eco-Friendly practices for our guests: your help in making your stay greener is appreciated! - Waste sorting: please use the two bins provided (one for household waste and the other for plastics, cardboard, and packaging) and dispose of glass bottles in the designated container. - Energy saving: turn off lights and devices when not in use. - Eco-friendly temperature: keep heating below 21°C. - Efficient use of appliances: please use washing machines with full loads.

Vincent’s apartment was in the perfect location in the Marais. It was easy to walk to cafes and good shopping. Half a block from the metro which was a plus. The apartment was great for 4 people. It was clean and very well equipped with all amenities. If I am lucky enough to return to Paris I would love to stay there again. Thanks Vincent!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always replied quickly with helpful and thoughtful suggestions. They also handled any missing items right away, which made the stay even more comfortable. The apartment itself is beautifully arranged, very clean, and in an excellent location — close to everything yet quiet and cozy. You can really feel the care they put into preparing the space for guests. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

Vincent’s apartment is charming, clean and well appointed. The location is in a lively neighborhood with a lot of places to eat and is right near the metro yet the apartment is very private and quiet. Vincent is a gracious host who is very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at his apartment!

A lovely apartment with super boutiques around as well as cafes, pizza, and bistrot. Beside the metro station so very convenient for travel to sights. Inside was very nice, clever design. Absolutely spotless. Nespresso and pods. Communication with Vincent excellent. He sent lots of info on transport, where to eat, pictures of doors/locks with clear instructions. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place in the Marais! The apartment was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Paris. We loved following Vincent’s great recommendations — every spot was fantastic. From the moment I first booked, Vincent was gracious, welcoming and so helpful with the questions I asked. The apartment is adorable with two quaint bedrooms, living space and kitchenette. The out door patio was tranquil after a long day of work. The accommodations were very clean and plenty of essentials to get you started . I would definitely book again.
