I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vincent’s apartment! It was in the best location in the Marais surrounded by cafes and shops! The space was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay, the hosts were super communicative and accommodating, the place was nicely decorated and in a nice neighborhood. For the price you couldn't ask for much more in Paris. Would whole-heartedly recommend staying here.

What an amazing place to stay in Paris! The neighborhood felt authentically local, filled with wonderful French restaurants and bars. Vincent gave us excellent recommendations, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Truly a fantastic experience!

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was one block from the beautiful Canal St. Martin, and conveniently located near multiple restaurants, bars and bakeries. The room was clean, quiet and private. Vincent was an excellent communicator and responded quickly. We were able to coordinate early check in which was a lifesaver! I’d gladly stay in this apartment on our next trip to Paris.

Une très belle expérience que ce séjour chez Vincent. L’appartement a été magnifiquement rénové. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, au cœur du Marais, la literie est très confortable et le confort des 3 chambres avec chacune leur SDB pour un séjour pro était particulièrement appréciable. Merci encore à Vincent pour sa réactivité et ses conseils. Je garde précieusement cette belle adresse pour mes prochains séjours parisiens.

This is the second time I have stayed at Vincent’s beautiful Paris apartment. It is a perfect ‘home away from home’! Just like our last visit, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is simply the best… with everything you need in walking distance. There are plenty of excellent cafes right outside the front entrance of the building so it’s easy to stay out late knowing that you are only a few steps away from home. The apartment is small, but cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris! Vincent has been so accommodating and responsive… he is a wonderful host!!! I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Paris!

Excellent place to stay! Right in the city with plenty to do, but the rental is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful entry and relaxing bedroom tucked away. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Vincent was very responsive and kind host.
We arrived in Paris on the day of the strike. Vincent allowed us to drop off our bags early so we could explore the fabulous neighborhood without our bags!
We felt more like a local than tourist in this quaint neighborhood. Quiet but with wonderful bakeries and restaurants nearby, and the Metro just a short walk.
He also provided umbrellas which was lovely since we forgot ours!
