The apartment stay was exactly what we needed. Located in a courtyard below street level so it was exceptionally quiet.
Shower pressure was perfect and water heated well! Really was wonderful to relax after a busy day exploring in Paris.
Vincent provided very easy instructions for check-in and great organized tips.
Perfect home base to explore Le Marais and easy metros to monuments.

The apartment is in a great location — there’s so much to do, see and eat right at your doorstep. Vincent was very proactive in his communication and offered great suggestions for local restaurants, etc. We loved our time here and highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Vincent’s apartment was in the perfect location in the Marais. It was easy to walk to cafes and good shopping. Half a block from the metro which was a plus. The apartment was great for 4 people. It was clean and very well equipped with all amenities. If I am lucky enough to return to Paris I would love to stay there again. Thanks Vincent!

Our stay went so smoothly from start to finish thanks to the clear and helpful communications. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and in a super spot, with easy links. It felt very safe & secure and incredibly quiet at night. Happy we found this gem of a home, we look forward to returning one day. Thank you.

Such a beautiful Airbnb in the heart of the Marais. Literally across the street from all the best the shopping in the Marais. AMI and gentle monster are literally out your front door and the metro is a short 2 min walk to connect you to the rest of Paris! Or simply just walk!

The apartment was nice and clean it matches the photos. The location is excellent near boutique shopping and many restaurants. Very good transit access near several Metro stops covering many lines.
The host was excellent, responsive and proactive. I would definitely stay here again.

From the gorgeous courtyard and incredible location to the very comfortable bed and the outstanding shower, this place was perfect for us. Although you are in the heart of Paris, the courtyard is a buffer to the outside noise. There is food shopping steps away and several great restaurants on the corners. Close access to the Place des Vosges at all times of day and evening was so much fun. Cabs were plentiful and bus and metro nearby. Nespresso coffee machine, good heating system and the non-slip shower made this a great place for older folks like us. Vincent responded to every little question we had immediately. We were sad to leave.

We spent a long weekend with our children and partners in this appartment and had an absolute wonderfull stay. The appartment is elegant, beautiful, spacey and quiet and the location is very central in the "le Marais" area, which is an excellent central starting point for exploring Paris. Many nice cafe's, restaurants and boutique shops nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always replied quickly with helpful and thoughtful suggestions. They also handled any missing items right away, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The apartment itself is beautifully arranged, very clean, and in an excellent location — close to everything yet quiet and cozy. You can really feel the care they put into preparing the space for guests.
I’d be happy to stay here again on my next trip to Paris!
