Vincent’s place was absolutely perfect for my birthday weekend! It was clean, beautifully presented, well-equipped, and the hosts did everything to make the stay as easy as possible. However, best of all was the location, it was the perfect neighbourhood, so accessible to all the best parts of Paris, with some beautiful local gems. 10/10 would recommend for anyone’s holiday and would definitely book again for my next trip.

Pasamos 5 días en el apartamento de Louis, solo puedo decir que tiene una excelente ubicación, la atención de Louis de lo mejor. Viaje con mi familia de 4 integrantes y no tuvimos problemas de espacio. El lugar es tal cual lo anuncia. Muy recomendable para visitar Paris de forma tranquila, en un lugar seguro y agradable. Definitivamente regresaré.

Clean, spacious, and located in a lovely building in a great neighborhood. You can't beat the location - a quiet street but very central. Our son enjoyed the spectacle of being on the ground level, and we appreciated that it wasn't a very busy steet.

The stay here was great. There was no AC but we had fans in the rooms. Looked exactly as described and was very clean. Host was very responsive and proactive with communication. We highly recommend this airbnb for a great stay in Paris

A beautiful home and a perfect location for walking around Paris. Cozy and quaint and a perfect location with lots of good food options nearby. The apartment was comfortable, clean and modern with a beautiful private courtyard to relax in. Would absolutely book this again next time i'm in Paris.

Vincent’s apartment in Le Marais was perfect for our group of seven. Spacious and comfortable, it was lovely to return to after long days exploring Paris. Vincent was helpful with his communication, before and during our stay, to ensure we had the most pleasant time. His guidebook, in particular, came in handy for navigating the best of Le Marais. We’d definitely return!

Vincent was an excellent host, you could tell he is an experienced host by his communication and how his home was presented. His home was well presented, exactly as shown in photos and the location was great too. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery shops. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure from the shower was great. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Paris.

We spent five nights at this beautiful apartment in the Marais. After having already been on the road for two weeks I really appreciated the efficient and quick washing machine. And the apartment had everything I needed. Our host, Vincent met needs before I knew I had ! Sent a message the first morning right as I was wondering where to get the best croissant. Opened my phone and there was the recommendation. He was always instantly available and so kind. I have to say I was a little concerned about no air-conditioning in the middle of the hot summer. It was not a problem at all, the sun never shines directly in the windows. There are fans that are quiet and as good as any air conditioner. And we had 80° days. Save this place in your favorites! You won’t be disappointed.

Such a gorgeous apartment! Well designed and stocked with all we needed. We were even given a baby crib and highchair to use for my baby. Thankfully, the weather was also lovely, so it didn’t matter that we didn’t have AC. Would love to stay again!
