The space was comfortable and well-appointed. Worked out great for our family of 5 to have some space. Appreciated having a common place to gather as well as a bedroom to retreat. Very convenient location for sightseeing in Paris. Thank you Vincent!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic 5 night stay in August at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in the 3rd arrondissement (Le Marais). The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and perfectly set up for our family of five, including three young kids. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—quiet yet central, with amazing restaurants, shops, and bakeries just steps away. We’ve stayed in other parts of Paris before, but Le Marais is now our favorite thanks to its charm, walkability, and more local, less touristy vibe. Vincent was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and full of great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment and neighborhood to anyone looking for an authentic Parisian experience.

The apartment was fabulous and in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The local bakery was divine and there were lots of places to eat and drink close by and some more great places further up the canal! Vincent was a great host and gave us some great recommendations for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Paris. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the decor was stylish with a great attention to detail—everything felt thoughtfully designed. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris.

Vincent was the perfect host and his apartment is the perfect pied-a-terre in Paris. We had a lovely stay enjoyed all the Marais had to offer and easily walkable to so many sights in Paris. The apartment is comfortable, well laid out, modern and clean. Would definitely book again.

Vincent’s place was absolutely perfect for my birthday weekend! It was clean, beautifully presented, well-equipped, and the hosts did everything to make the stay as easy as possible. However, best of all was the location, it was the perfect neighbourhood, so accessible to all the best parts of Paris, with some beautiful local gems. 10/10 would recommend for anyone’s holiday and would definitely book again for my next trip.

Pasamos 5 días en el apartamento de Louis, solo puedo decir que tiene una excelente ubicación, la atención de Louis de lo mejor. Viaje con mi familia de 4 integrantes y no tuvimos problemas de espacio. El lugar es tal cual lo anuncia. Muy recomendable para visitar Paris de forma tranquila, en un lugar seguro y agradable. Definitivamente regresaré.

Clean, spacious, and located in a lovely building in a great neighborhood. You can't beat the location - a quiet street but very central. Our son enjoyed the spectacle of being on the ground level, and we appreciated that it wasn't a very busy steet.

The stay here was great. There was no AC but we had fans in the rooms. Looked exactly as described and was very clean. Host was very responsive and proactive with communication. We highly recommend this airbnb for a great stay in Paris
