This home was an incredible way to end our time in Europe. It had the most beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee and pastries - we were even lucky to hear one of their talented neighbors play classical piano one morning. The space provided ample comfort, amenities, and AC and high power fan during the heat wave. Both the main bed and pull out were super comfy & the high quality linens and pillows made us feel incredibly comfortable. The bathroom feels so luxurious with the stone shower & soft lighting. The most appreciated aspect of our stay was our host Vincent. He arranged for us to drop off luggage prior to ck in which was super helpful & checked in on us throughout the stay. Highly recommend u take advantage of his guidebook. We went to the suggested Au Passage & Taverna restaurants & were by far our fave meals in Paris outside of traditional cuisine. Would absolutely stay again as a couple or w our child. Location was incredibly walkable while also remote.

We absolutely loved the apartment – it was stylish, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Vincent was a fabulous host, full of helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to see and do in the area. His hospitality really made our stay special. The only small suggestion would be to consider adding a portable air conditioner, as the apartment can get a bit warm at night, and with the windows open, the street noise can be noticeable. Otherwise, a wonderful stay – highly recommended!

Louis was great and very helpful. We were able to check-in early, and we were grateful for that. Loved his place! The bedroom is so cozy and quiet. Great place!

Vi hadde et flott opphold hos Vincent! Stedet ligger i gangavstand til alle fasiliteter rett ved mange hyggelige spisesteder, idylliske omgivelser ved kanalen og kort vei til Metro. Vincent var hjelpsom og enkel å kommunisere med. I tillegg hadde han gode tips og anbefalinger for nærområdet. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!☺️

Vincent’s place was great! He was very helpful with our every need and checked in on us and the kids during the week. We absolutely love this neighborhood and will definitely stay again when we’re back :)

Great location with easy access to metro and other facilities like groceries, boulangeries, good restaurants right outside the door. All in all a good stay. The St. Martin canal area has good vibes and is a great place to hangout. One thing which is not really a negative but something that I did not know beforehand was the fact that the shower and toilet are separate (which is great), however the shower(not the toilet) does not have a door, which may be usual here but culturally new to us with kids to manage.

We loved Vincent’s Airbnb! Very well laid out and efficient space. The location was so perfect with a great patisserie right on the corner and lots of great restaurants nearby. Loved the local canal vibe! The place is very quiet too which I didn’t expect for such a big city. Vincent was very accommodating and quick to help with anything! Our family of four stayed comfortably and we hope to return very soon.

Great location in the peaceful, charming Marais. Flat was quiet, spotless, comfortable and very well designed. Excellent communication from the host and some useful local recommendations which we enjoyed. Would definitely come back!
