Un véritable séjour 5 étoiles dans le Marais. L'appartement est magnifiquement décoré, moderne et conforme aux photos – la configuration 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est rare à Paris et a parfaitement convenu pour nous. Le patio était un bonus supplémentaire. Tout était impeccable et l'espace est aménagé avec soin. Les ventilateurs/chauffages Dyson ont très bien fonctionné pour le début du printemps, et même si la cuisine est compacte (typique à Paris), elle est entièrement moderne et fonctionnelle. Vincent a été exceptionnel – très réactif et arrangeant. Nous sommes arrivés d’un vol de nuit depuis New York et avons pu faire le check-in tôt à 13h, ce qui a fait une grande différence avec un enfant de 6 ans. Ils nous ont également recommandé Nannybag pour la consigne des bagages, ce qui s’est parfaitement déroulé. L’emplacement est idéal – en plein cœur du Marais et très proche du métro, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Nous reviendrions ici sans hésiter et recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui visitent Paris. A true 5-star stay in Le Marais. The apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and exactly as pictured - the 2 bed / 2 bath layout is rare for Paris and worked perfectly for us. The patio was an added bonus. Everything was spotless, and the space is thoughtfully equipped. The Dyson fans/heaters worked very well for the early spring weather, and while the kitchen is compact (typical for Paris), it’s fully modern and functional. Vincent was exceptional - very responsive and accommodating. We arrived on an overnight flight from NYC and were able to check in early at 1pm, which made a big difference with a 6 year old. They also recommended Nannybag for luggage storage, which worked out seamlessly. Location is ideal - right in Le Marais and very close to the Metro, making it easy to get around. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment formidable dans le Marais et nous reviendrions sans hésiter. L'emplacement est imbattable – super central et parfait si l'on souhaite profiter du Marais, tout en étant agréablement calme et sécurisé grâce à la cour intérieure. L'appartement est décoré avec style et la partie inférieure avec la cave voûtée et la baignoire était un vrai point fort. L'équipement était au top – la cuisine offre tout ce dont on a besoin, les lits sont confortables et l'appartement était dans l'ensemble très propre. Les deux salles de bains sont également très pratiques. Louis a été un hôte formidable : très proactif dans la communication, toujours disponible et avec de nombreux conseils utiles (restaurants, boulangeries, consigne à bagages – même possible directement à l'appartement). Un livre d'or avec des recommandations était aussi à disposition. L'enregistrement a été simple et tout était facile à trouver. Recommandation claire – nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – super zentral und perfekt, wenn man viel im Marais unterwegs ist, gleichzeitig durch den Hinterhof angenehm ruhig und sicher. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und der untere Bereich mit Gewölbekeller und Badewanne war ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung war top – die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem und die Wohnung insgesamt sehr sauber. Auch die zwei Bäder sind super praktisch. Louis war ein großartiger Gastgeber: sehr proaktiv in der Kommunikation, immer erreichbar und mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps (Restaurants, Boulangerien, Gepäckaufbewahrung – sogar direkt an der Wohnung möglich). Auch ein Gästebuch mit Empfehlungen war vorhanden. Check-in war unkompliziert und alles leicht zu finden. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de cinq jours. L'appartement est moderne, propre, dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires et est un véritable trois-pièces. L'emplacement se trouve au « sommet » du Marais, très pratique pour accéder aux transports à République juste au nord, mais il est aussi très facile de se rendre à pied au cœur du Marais, plus au sud et à l'ouest de l'appartement. Vincent a été très réactif et serviable. We had a great five-day stay. The apartment is modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities, and is a true three-bedroom flat. Location is at the “top” of the Marais, very convenient to transit at République just to the north, but also very walkable into the heart of the Marais further south and west from the flat. Vincent was very responsive & helpful.

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné chez Louis, dans son Airbnb du Marais, pendant 5 nuits. L'appartement offre une expérience unique avec une chambre située dans une cave, dotée d'une salle de bain attenante. L'étage supérieur comprend une salle de bain complète, une cuisine et un espace salon. La cuisine était équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, très proche de superbes restaurants français, bars à vin, cafés et du centre commercial. En fait, il y a une excellente boulangerie et un coffee shop juste à côté de l'appartement. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter séjourner ici. My husband and I stayed at Louis’s Airbnb in Marais for 5 nights. The apartment has a unique experience of bedroom in a cave with attached bath. The upper area has a full bath, kitchen and living area. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location and it was very close to amazing French restaurants, wine bars, Cafe’s and shopping hub. In fact, there is an amazing Boulangerie and Coffee shop right next to the apartment. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Le séjour parfait pour votre visite à Paris. Charmant, pittoresque, exactement comme sur les photos et dans la description. Après avoir trimballé nos bagages toute la journée, c'était vraiment agréable de pouvoir entrer directement sans avoir à monter des marches pour accéder à l'appartement. J'ai vraiment apprécié que la chambre et le salon soient séparés, car mon mari et moi n'avons pas les mêmes horaires de coucher. Et surtout, tout est question d'emplacement ! Très proche de la meilleure ligne de métro pour accéder à tous les monuments célèbres de Paris. De bons cafés et boulangeries à proximité, et situé dans un quartier très recherché de Paris. N'oubliez pas de sortir et d'explorer ! The perfect stay for your visit to Paris. Quaint, charming, just like the pictures and description. After dealing with luggage all day, it was so nice to walk right in and not have to navigate steps getting into the apartment. I really liked that the bedroom and living area are separate since my husband and I tend to go to bed at different times. Lastly, it’s all about location! Very close to the best metro line to get to all the famous Paris landmarks. Nice coffee/bakery shops nearby, and located in a very desirable area of Paris. Be sure to get out and explore!

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison a été magnifiquement rénovée, elle est moderne et propre. L'enregistrement a été facile et l'hôte était très réactif et serviable. L'emplacement dans le Marais était parfait. Nous avons pu aller partout à pied et c'était un quartier animé et magnifique. Je recommande vivement ! My family and I had an excellent stay. The home was beautifully renovated, modern, and clean. The check in was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. The location in the Marais was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and it was a lively and beautiful part of town. Highly recommend!

Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement ! Tellement génial ! Il y avait largement assez de place pour ma famille de 5 personnes. L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur. Et c'est très calme car toutes les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure plutôt que sur la rue. En résumé, c'est la perfection ! Cannot recommend this apartment enough! So great! Plenty of space for my family of 5. The location could not be better. And it’s super quiet as all the windows face into the courtyard rather than onto the street. All in all, perfection!

Emplacement agréable et appartement qui nous convenait parfaitement. Un hôte exceptionnel, rapide, clair et sympathique, ce qui facilite vraiment tout. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute étaient disponibles, et il était relativement facile pour nous de porter la poussette dans les escaliers. Tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour un bon séjour, recommandation chaleureuse. Fint läge och lägenhet som passade oss perfekt. En toppen-värd som var snabb, tydlig och vänlig, det gör allt mycket enklare. Spjälsäng och barnstol fanns tillgängligt, och det funkade för oss relativt bra att bära barnvagn upp och ner för trappan. Allt man kan önska sig för en bra vistelse, varm rekommendation.
